Excellent service. Ordered on Thursday morning, delivered by 8am Saturday. Coal burns hot in my multifuel heater, with very little ash and no lumps of white clinker left. 1 tonne bag lasts 10 weeks-running 24/7 and hot water. Many thanks Ian Spiers

First class product and service, I am a pensioner so not very tech savvy but this site is so easy to use and the coal is delivered to the kerb side free of charge in a couple of days,I would recommend Coalmaster to keep you warm.

Arrived very quickly. Driver was very helpful and tried very hard to unload the pallet as near to the coal storage room as possible. Pallet was packed with a lot of care. Unpacking it was very easy. The way the coal bags were piled made shifting them to the storage room a breeze. Checked all the bags before storing them to make sure any ripped ones be placed on top to be used first due to slight damp in the storage room. All bags were 100% intact without any rips. Used the coal yesterday for the first time. Burns well and gives off a good amount of heat. Very pleased with thise purchase.
